WARRANTY

ALL OF MJK PERFORMANCE PARTS ARE MANUFACTURED IN CANADA OF DOMESTIC MATERIALS BY CANADIAN CRAFTSMEN. 

No warranty stated or implied due to the unusual stresses placed on motorcycle parts and motorcycles and because we have no control over how they are installed and used.

 

REFUNDS/RETURNS MJK PERFORMANCE MANUFACTURED PARTS:

There are no refunds or exchanges on MJK Performance manufactured parts once deposit/payment has been processed unless explicit consent has been obtained by the buyer from MJK Performance and an RMA# is obtained. This is to maintain the high-quality standards expected by our customers.

Any returns granted are subject to a restocking fee of 25%, shipping is non-refundable and customer is responsible for any additional charges including but not limited to shipping/customs fees on returned items.

 

MJK PERFORMANCE PARTS WARRANTY:Please contact us directly for any warranty issues.  Warranty applies to manufactures defect on our parts and does not cover improper installation or use of the part.

RETURNS FOR OTHER MANUFACTURERS PARTS:

Returns requested for other Manufacturer's items distributed by MJK Performance are subject to the Manufacturer's return policies and our inspection for determination of a refund, credit, or exchange. No returns on these items will be accepted without prior approval. No returns on specialty order items.  No returns on any electrical items.  We will not accept returns on any opened or used items. Returns must made within 7 days of purchase date and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No exceptions. Shipping is non-refundable and customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees. No freight returns will be accepted. Returned items must be in like-new condition in original packaging and MJK Performance must authorize in advance.

 

OTHER MANUFACTURERS WARRANT:

Items purchased which are produced by other manufacturers other than MJK Performance are subject to those manufacturer's warranty policies.

MJK Performance has no control over the usage of any part, MJK Performance expects its customers to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part. MJK Performance assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of the misuse or improper application of any part in any way by any person. MJK Performance shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever.
