Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we do ship overseas with DHL Express service, the customer is responsible for customs clearance and any duties/taxes payable at their end. Overseas shipping is subject to the receiving countries import regulations and exceptions. Some countries may not be applicable for shipping to.
No, we will not ship to PO Boxes you must have a valid street address as we require a signature upon delivery to confirm the order was received.
Can I ship with my own carrier?
Yes, please let us know at the time of ordering you would like to use your own carrier. You must have an account with the carrier you choose for us to ship using your carrier.

I am in the USA/International are there any additional charges besides the shipping charges?
Yes. The shipping charge is just that, it is only for the actual shipping. Any clearance fee's, customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and payable to the carrier prior to delivery.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, if you have chosen a shipping method that is a tracked service when you placed your order you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
